REVIEW OF Restvive Red Light Therapy Belt and power pack I ordered the Restvive Red Light Therapy Belt and power pack to help my post-surgical healing. I had an operation that left a 29cm midline incision in my abdomen. I researched various healing modalities including infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and methylene blue. Six weeks after surgery I started regular HBOT sessions, two hours per session, five days a week (Monday to Friday). I also incorporated infrared sauna 2–3 times per week (~40 minutes) before HBOT to promote vasodilation and improve oxygen dissolution. I am very happy with my red light therapy pad. It works very well bigger than I expected. I have a lot of pain in my lower back and my knees and this has made a difference in the pain and the inflammation. I was very sceptical at first, but it really does work for me.

I was blown away by the results from using my belt... my back felt much better almost immediately. My dogs are loving it too! One of my girls hurt her shoulder and couldn't weight bear on the leg, after 30 minutes of red light she was walking normally within an hour and later opted to go for a 2 klm walk, something she hasn't done for months! My partner had a hip replacement 6 Weeks ago and l have made sure he uses it every day. As soon as he got home from hospital. He went back to work at 5 weeks, on his feet most of the day. He doesn't seem to feel much pain, just numbness in the area. So l am sure it's helping him to heal faster.. we just can't tell what's going on under our skin .

I have been using this on my osteoarthritic knee for nearly 3 weeks. I've worked out that a lower setting is better for me L1 /20. Any higher and it hurts, which led to knee pain as I went by the recommendations rather than listening to my knee. Still, after using it this way for the last five days, I am starting to feel an improvement and have a better range of motion. It is not an instant fix, you have to use it wisely and listen to what your body especially if you're ultra sensitive to things like me. Overall, I think it will definitely be a good thing to keep using.

Waking up pain free!!!
I honestly don’t understand how this red light therapy belt has changed my life the way it has. I started using it every day and after one week, I woke up pain free for the first time in around three years. I usually wake up so sore and stiff that I feel 90 instead of 44, and even getting down the three stairs in our split level home can be a struggle. I can’t thank you enough. 4 years ago I had 3 fractures in my spine, couldnt walk very well, a year ago I had 2 more fractures, a friend introduced me to the Red Light Therapy belt, I can now walk without an aid. Red light relief post abdominal major surgery.
I have been using the Restvive belt of my abdomen for 2 months now to help reduce inflammation in my body post major surgery. My skin feels so much softer. My scar tissue has changed in appearance and is becoming less visible. I love to do this in the evening when I'm winding down and then my dog steals it off me afterwards! Which has helped her massively with movement during the day. I believe this is because of a reduction in inflammation I can highly recommend!!

Love my pro belt!
Was going to buy the $150 red light belt, but ended up getting the pro belt after speaking to them and I'm so glad I did, been the best thing for my lower back. I sit all day and my back gets jammed up towards the end of the day, so I put it on and have started to feel so much better!

Alternative medicines
Alternative medicines I like most of them mainly because of my allergies but here's one that works well for the injuries that I currently have & for my circulation for vericose veins absolutely brilliant would recommend it for many things especially lower back & shoulder or knee problems. Also for areas after surgery to help get rid of swelling & stiffness, great work. Best part of the mini wrap & joint pads also face mask is they are totally mobile & you can take them anywhere the battery pack makes it all possible.

I purchased the pro belt
I purchased the pro belt. I use it for 25 minutes daily for gluteal tendinopathy and hip bursitis. It has relieved the discomfort. I use it before bed. I have improved sleep (less waking from pain). I use it on other areas as needed e.g. lower back and hands when they have general aches. I pack it when I am travelling. Light weight. Highly recommend.

RLT belt and XL pad
I have got my first belt in Feb 26. I got it to use it on my face for helping rebuild collagen, as I am 42 and also for my husband to use on back problems. I had no idea at the time how much will this be life altering for me! My husband did not continue the use as he is lazy to and I can’t help that… However, I never could imagine how important owning this tool would be for me! after just brief use of it I noticed that my jawline was back where I was 3 years ago! Prompt and reliable!!! Product is exactly what you expect. I got it to use on my horse. Because the horse ones are the same but with an added price tag. My horse loves it!! I then started using it on myself also because I get bad back pain from work and it works! At night I’m sore. I sit with this and the pain goes away. I originally purchased for my knee as I have had a knee replacement plus various other operations through the years, leaving me with a thickened patella tendon, which restricts my bend, I didn't expect the belt to work but I may have a little more bend and joint is definitely feeling better. It is working all other parts of body that are sore as well.

The day I received Restvive I used…
The day I received Restvive I used it before bed; the very next morning my pain levels were almost gone. I typically am sore through the night and getting up in the morning is the worst part of the day. NO pain in the night and NO pain on waking. I was stunned.
